Hello! I’m Cleo - a queer, trans hairdresser with a creative background, a community spirit, and a love for hair that runs deep.
After 7 years working across salons and spaces as an assistant and junior, I’ve finally made it official - I’m now a fully qualified stylist, bringing together lived experience, technical skill, and care-driven service.
I've won awards, I’ve been shaped by community work, and I’m guided by the belief that hair is more than just hair.
My chair is for everyone who wants to feel held, heard, and cared for - whether you’re in for a reshape, a reinvention, or just a good conversation.

Your service begins with a curated consultation and cleansing treatment. From there, I create your new look through colour, cutting, and coiffing - all designed to cultivate healthy hair and a hotter you.

Policies, promises and boundaries
Availability
I respond to enquiries between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Clients with morning appointments are welcome to contact me:
Up until 10:00 PM the night before, and
From 9:00 AM on the day of their appointment
You can reach me via text, email, or Instagram DMs - please note that I do not take phone calls. If you require a phone chat, this can be scheduled in advance, just send me a text message to schedule in a time.
Deposit
Booking without a deposit means your appointment is held, but not secured.
Your deposit must be paid to confirm and lock in your appointment.
Until payment is made, your spot remains open to other clients.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in a lost deposit.
Colour Deposits
A $50 deposit is required for all colour services.
If you cancel within 24 hours, your full deposit is forfeited.
If you reschedule within 24 hours, $25 is retained, and $25 is rolled over to the new date.
The rescheduled appointment cannot be changed again within 48 hours.
If you late-cancel or no-show again, a $75 deposit will be required for future bookings.
After three punctual visits, you’ll return to the standard $50 deposit.

Understand your vibe and how we communicate
Help me plan the right amount of time for your appointment
It’s not an in-depth consult - just a chance for us both to feel more prepared and aligned ahead of your service.
Consent, Content & Photography
I love documenting my work and celebrating your transformation - with your permission. During your session, I may ask to take photos or short videos for use on my professional portfolio, website, or social media.
You’re always welcome to opt out, no questions asked.
You can also choose to be featured anonymously (e.g. hair only, no face shown).
Consent will be checked at the beginning of your appointment, and you can change your mind at any time.
