Cleo’s $500 Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

Promoter
The promoter is Cleo Nouveau, South Melbourne, Victoria.

Promotion period
Entries close at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 22 November 2026.

Eligibility
Entry is open to clients of Cleo’s who complete and submit the Cleo’s Client Survey during the promotion period.

Existing clients may enter by completing the survey before the closing time.

New clients must book and complete an eligible service with Cleo’s on or before Saturday 21 November 2026, then submit the post-appointment Client Survey by 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 22 November 2026.

A booking alone does not constitute an entry.

How to enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the Cleo’s Client Survey before the promotion closes.

One completed survey constitutes one entry.

No purchase beyond the eligible completed service described above is required for existing clients.

Google reviews
After submitting the survey, participants may be given the option to leave a Google review.

Leaving a Google review is entirely optional. A review is not required to enter, and whether or not a participant leaves a review - or the content or rating of any review - will have no effect on eligibility or the chance of winning.

Prize
There is one prize with a total recommended retail value of $529.80 AUD, comprising:

K18 product values are based on the recommended retail prices published by K18 Australia at the time the promotion was created.  

The Cleo’s service voucher may be applied towards an eligible future service with Cleo’s. It is not redeemable for cash and no cash alternative will be provided.

Prize draw
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place on Monday 23 November 2026.

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their survey entry during the week commencing 30 November 2026.

Winner announcement
The winner’s first name will be announced on the Cleo’s Instagram account at @coiffedbycleo on or after 30 November 2026, subject to the winner being successfully contacted. The Winner may choose to anonymously receive the prize for privacy concerns.

Unclaimed prize
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.

General
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Personal information collected through the survey will be handled in accordance with the privacy information provided on the survey form.
