  • Chill - Rest time, doing nothing, spontaneous activities

  • Calmness - Meditation sessions, deep breathing exercises, intentional self-connection

  • Cocooning - Reflective journaling, mindful solitude, escapism

  • Comfort - Indulging in favourite foods, relaxing baths, having fun

  • Cleaning - Household chores, organising spaces for clarity
